Our Policies

GLOW maintains a strict cancelation and no-refund policy. By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to abide by our policies.

PUNCTUALITY: We value and respect your time and strive to provide each client with the best possible experience. To ensure a smooth and efficient schedule for all, we kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. Please plan to arrive a few minutes early to allow for check-in and preparation. If you arrive 5 minutes or more late, we may need to modify your service or reschedule your appointment to avoid delays for other clients. If your appointment requires rescheduling, a $40 fee will apply to offset the cost of your missed session.

CANCELATIONS: As a courtesy, please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Cancelations made less than 24 hours notice, as well as no-shows, will incur a $40 fee. Please note there are no exceptions to this policy, including emergencies, illness, scheduling conflicts, traffic, or weather-related issues. Package members will forfeit a session from their package. Please understand that this fee helps offset the cost of the reserved time slot, which could have been allocated to another client. Requests for a fee waiver will be denied. 

REFUNDS: Customer satisfaction is our top priority! If you are not completely satisfied with your results, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will make every effort to address and remedy any concerns or issues. GLOW does not offer monetary refunds. All sales are final.  

DISCOUNT PACKAGES: Packages are non-transferable and non-shareable. The 3 pack expires in 3 months and the 5 pack expires 6 months from date of purchase.
